Nimesh Soni
Nimesh is is the President and Founder of Arete Solutions,llc; a Philadelphia-based consultancy that works with organizations to streamline their software development processes and accelerate VALUE delivery for the organization.
He is an Enterprise Agile coach mentoring organizations in the transition to value-driven project methodologies such as Lean, Agile, and Scrum. He was involved and has played key roles in Agile transformation at various large organizations, in different industries including Health care (Siemens Medical Solutions), Health Insurance (Independent Blue cross, Cigna), Pharmaceuticals (Merck), and Financial (Vanguard, Capital One).
He has more than 23 years of experience working in IT industry.He is a Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), Certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant (SPC), and PMP with MBA in Technology Management and MS in Computer Science.
Nimesh is not your typical-coach! He is very passionate about agile, has several articles published to his credit, and the author of “Agile Release Planning” book. Naturally, release planning is very close to his heart, and is very critical ingredient of your enterprise’s agile adoption.
He also teaches at various schools and colleges in a ‘typical’ classroom setup (on-ground) as well as in online environment. Nimesh is adjunct faculty at University of Phoenix and Devry/Keller University.
Currently, he is working with a Fortune 100 company as Enterprise Agile coach, helping them transform to Agile world!
