In this workshop, we will explore how to create the roadmap (release plan) for your project that will flow throguh from project vision all the way down to iterations. During these two days, we will discuss practicle, pragmatic steps that I have used in my experience of Enterprise transformation to Agile at three large organizations. I will layout a roadmap that has been time tested and proven (with coaching of several teams and projects) on how YOU can facilitate Release planning for a project to spring board it to success.
